Do you have the digital marketing skills to engage and grow our audience, and help fuel sales?

We are looking for a qualified team member or freelancer to actively grow our followers on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more.  We have SEO covered but need your help posting engaging and consistent content on our platforms. You will be working remotely from your home/office but will have access to our content via Dropbox, and will brainstorm and develop marketing strategies with our fun loving office and brand manager, Devon, who will assist where needed. 

Job Description:

-Spearheads social media marketing campaigns and strategies
-Maintains the brand message across social media platforms
-Creates content in various media formats to drive engagement and conversion
-Uses metrics and analytical tools to improve and maximize campaigns
-Conducts research on competitors
-Work across the company with brand manager and other content creators

The Requirements:

-Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing (SMM) including:
Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Houzz, LinkedIn, etc.

-Passion for social media, and an eye for design.

-Familiarity with Instagram algorithms.

-Blog content creation/review.

-Strong vocabulary, written and communication skills. This position requires daily communication with our industry trades and followers. (email and/or messenger)

-Proficiency in graphic design and photo editing.

-Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Power Editor, Ads Manager, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.

-Solid problem solving and research skills.

-Self-discipline and motivation.

-Ability to multitask and thrive.

-Passion and accountability for quality of work produced.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 

Preferred Skills:

-Home building industry knowledge.

-Familiar with WordPress.

Salary and Perks:

$ 20/hr
